Tagudin is located along the coast and it is the first town you hit upon entering the province of Ilocos Sur if you are coming from Manila.  It could pass for any other town in the Philippines but what makes Tagudin distinct is, it has the sundial believed to be the earliest sundial built in the Philippines by the Spaniards.  It is a quiet provincial town where visitors are welcomed wholeheartedly by the warm and friendly people.
